Payment
When you book your appointment you will be asked for a $25 minimum deposit at checkout. It may increase if you select add-ons. Deposits are taken through our booking site and are non-refundable. Microloc deposits are $95 and are not taken online. You will be asked to send via Zelle to (240)992-6933 after booking. At the end of your appointment you can pay with card (preferred), cash, or afterpay (a buy now, pay later service).
Add-Ons
If you desire add-ons please select them when booking your appointment. All styles start at mid-back length aside from mini twists. The following services are considered add-ons:
Waist and butt length
Boho and other added curls
Twist extensions (Hair not included)
Cornrow extensions (Hair not included)
Late Policy
A $15 late fee may be applied if you arrive after the 15 minute grace period.
Contact
To contact us, please DM us on Instagram or text (240)992-6933. Calls may not be answered due to high volume of communication. If you call and your call is not answered please leave us a text. We will do our best to respond within 24-36 hours. Please be patient with us! We may be servicing clients when you contact.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. If we need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel at anytime.
How to Prepare
Please come washed and blow dried with no product or oils in your hair. Products or oils may clash with the products we use, cause damage when blowdrying, or leave a white cast on your hair. Heat protectant is okay.
Oil will be applied to your scalp after your service.
Unfortunately, shampoos are not provided due to our current location. A complimentary blowdry is included in your appointment but you are more than welcome to blow dry yourself! (If you’d like a blow dry please come washed and detangled with your hair in 4-6 plaits.)
You may bring one guest with you, if desired.
Hair is temporarily not provided. See Instagram highlights to see which hair to purchase for your service. If you don’t have Instagram please send us a message and we will send it directly.
After your booking request is accepted you will receive a text with instructions including how to get to our location.
